• First, you'll need your username provided to you in your application acceptance letter (or you can look up it .) Manage your password by enrolling in ParklandOne and setting up a quick way to recover your account in case you forget it.
• Secure yourself with our multifactor authentication system. Grab your mobile phone to take advantage of this convienent level of protection against hackers, thieves, and helicopter parents.

You're now ready to sign into all of our IT services including our campus computer labs and Wi-Fi network.

Use our services to set up your own virtual office.

• Email is the key communication tool for all things Parkland. Set it up on your phone so you don't have to worry about missing those time-sensitive messages from your instructors, advisors, and administrators. Don't be left in the cold because you didn't know classes were cancelled from last night's snowfall!
• Your office needs supplies. Use your access to Microsoft Office 365 to keep organized , write term papers, create presentations, and store documents .

• Self-Service isn't just for pumping gas, it's the software engine that lets you register for classes, check financial aid, pay tuition, see your grades, and more.

Sometimes you just don't have everything you need to survive in the digital realm.

• Check out the bookstore to purchase your texts and swag. Go Cobras!
• Our Library offers loanable hardware if you need to borrow a laptop, phone charger, or graphing calculator.
• Equip yourself with Assistive technology and equipment, such as screen readers, available from our Accessibility Services.
